South Beach, the beach [ accessed directly from our studio, and the houses which sit on the Dunes] has been awarded the Blue Flag Award for clean sands and waters. It stretches from Gimblet Rock, across the promenade, and along side the Golf course towards Llanbedrog. The beach forms part of the Llyn Coastal Path, ideal for walkers and bird watchers. The locals use this beach for catching mackerel, bream and sea bass. We also have sightings of the Cardigan Bay Dolphins in the summer.
